Appointment Scheduling
Contact Number
To schedule an appointment for the Spay Our Strays Clinic, please call us at (856) 208-SPAY, which is (856) 208-7729. All appointment calls must use this phone number. We do not currently schedule appointments online or through email. Visit our appointments page for more information about scheduling appointments and leaving deposits.
Hours of Operation/Callback Times
We try to work appointment scheduling callbacks around caregiver availability. Appointment calls are usually returned between 11am and 8pm Monday through Friday, just let us know what times are best to reach you when you leave us a message. While we do our best to return calls made to our appointment line within 1 day, due to the high volume of calls we receive, callbacks may take up to 3 days. Appointment calls are generally not able to be returned on the day before, the day of, or the Monday and Tuesday after each clinic.
For more information about the different types of clinics we offer and how to schedule appointments, please see our low-cost clinics page.
Post-Surgery Questions
If you have an emergency or urgent concern regarding your cat or dog's spay/neuter surgery, please contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal facility.
If you have a non-urgent question or concern regarding your cat or dog's recovery, you can reach us on our post-surgery care line at (856) 208-7680. This number is for post-surgical questions and concerns regarding a cat or dog that was fixed at the Spay Our Strays Clinic only. This phone number is NOT for general questions or appointment scheduling. If you get our voicemail, please leave a message with your name, phone number, cat or dog's name, and your concern, and your call will be returned promptly. Please remember, this line is for post-operative questions only.
